Iran and Turkey are two neighbouring and friendly countries which have not had any border conflict for almost 400 years. Sanctions and threats against Iran following the USA’s withdrawal from the Nuclear Deal signed between the P5+1 Countries and Iran are a direct menace to the regional peace. Turkey must establish a mutually supportive relation with Iran in economy and the resolution of regional conflicts, Syria being the most important of them.
